| 1. Individual users can avail
the services of http://www.bigtoptravels.com by paying a refundable
deposit (Interest free) of Rs. 999/- |
| 2. Corporate users can avail
the services by paying a refundable deposit (Interest free) of Rs.
3000/- |
| 3. The cost of the order cannot
exceed four times the value of the deposit amount held by us. |
| 4. Booking/Cancellation Service
Charges of Rs 15/- per passenger for II class and Rs 25/- for other
classes. |
| 5. For cancellation, tickets
will be collected at the address of the member on intimation to us
by Mail. |
| 6. Railway Cancellation Rules
will be as applicable at the time of execution of the order, not at
the time of receipt of the confirmed order from the Member. |
| 7. Orders will be accepted between
8 A.M and 6 P.M. |
| 8. Orders received at our place
after 6 P.M. will be entertained only during the next working day.

| 9. Intimation of the status
of Order for Rail Tickets will be given within 12 hrs of the Confirmed
Order. |
| 10. Tickets will be delivered
within 24 Hrs of the Confirmed Orders at the address of the Member.
|
| 11. Purchase of Tickets is subject
to the availability of tickets at the time execution of the order,
with the Service Provider INDIAN RAILWAYS. |
| 12. The company owes no responsibility
howsoever, for the non-availability of Tickets. |
| 13. Tickets will be delivered
free of cost within the radius of 5 kms from our Registered office.
A delivery charge of Rs 20/-per delivery has to be paid extra for
delivery beyond 5 kms but within 10 kms. Delivery beyond a radius
of 10 kms will be entertained only on a case to case basis. |
| 14. Payment for the cost of
the Tickets along with service charges should be made at the time
of delivery of Tickets by way of cash/DD. Payment can also be made
through Credit Cards. |
| 15. Any changes or cancellation
of the Orders will be treated as a separate order. |
| 16. Any refund arising out of
cancellation of Tickets if any, will be settled only by way of A/c
Payee cheque in the name of the Member only. |
| 17. Members are hereby asked
to check the details of the journey at the time of delivery of Tickets.
No queries will be entertained after the delivery of Tickets. |
| 18. Our Responsibility ceases
after the delivery of the Tickets. |
| 19. The Company reserves the
right to accept or reject an order, without assigning any reasons,
at its own discretion, which cannot be challenged. |
| 20. The Company reserves the
right to accept or reject a Membership request, without assigning
any reasons, at its own discretion, which cannot be challenged. |
| 21. Management reserves the
right to change the Terms and Conditions of Membership without any
prior intimation. |
| 22. The timings of purchase
of tickets will be restricted to railway timings. |
