  • All purchases through Cookscape.com will qualify for the special purchase bonus plan. Every purchase through the portal will generate certain bonus points for the customer. The quantum of bonus points for each purchase is a percentage of the product price and this percentage value will vary from product to product. The details of the purchase bonus plan is laid out below .

1. BONUS POINTS.

The number equivalent to the percentages applicable for each product category will be the bonus points generated. Each point will be equivalent to one Indian Rupee – for example, 500 bonus points would be worth Rs. 500/ and so on.

  • Kitchens – 5 % 

  • accessories – 7.5 % 

  • chimney’s, hoods, hobs – 5 %  

  • Kitchen counter – 5 %  

  •  food waste disposers – 7. 5 % 

  •  Faber cooking ranges – 5 %  

  • built in ovens – 5 %

  • Appliances – 2.5 %

  • All others – 2.5 %.

2. REGISTRATION OF BONUS POINTS.

As and when purchases are made, the bonus points are automatically generated and will be reflected in your shopping cart along with your purchases. These bonus points will be automatically accumulated and stored along with your Registration identity for those who have registered with us. The registered customers can check the bonus points to their credit by logging on to the site, click on “Register with us” and opening your registration page. For all customers including the registered customers, a print out showing your purchases and the bonus points accumulated by you will be reflected in your dispatch documents and invoice.

3. REDEMPTION OF BONUS POINTS  

 The customer also has a record of the bonus points gathered by him/her, which will be reflected in the sales invoice and dispatch documents. All bonus points can be redeemed during your next purchase by ticking the bonus redemption column in the shopping cart and mailing the order to us. You will be called upon to make the net payment after adjusting your bonus points. All bonus points should be claimed within 180 days of generation of the bonus points.
