DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS ACCEPTED?
Once
we receive your order, we send you a confirmatory mail followed
up with a hard copy that your order is accepted and is being
processed for fulfillment.

114. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY
PURCHASES?
Your final order should be forwarded to us along with
your payment by way of cheque or demand draft or cash covering
the full value. Supplies will be effected after receipt of your
payments.
For
kitchens and kitchen counter, your order should be forwarded to
us with 50% advance and the balance amount shall be payable
within 15 days of receipt of our mail that the consignment is
ready for despatch. Despatches will be effected only after
receipt of full payment.

WHAT
WILL BE THE DELIVERY PERIOD?
Delivery
period varies from product to product. The outer delivery period
shall be as per the following guidelines-

Kitchens,
kitchen renovation, kitchen counter
- 6 weeks

Kitchen
accessories - 3 weeks

Chimney/hoods/hobs/food
waste disposers
- 3 weeks

Appliances
- 2 weeks

Other
products - 1 – 2 weeks.

will be mentioned in your order acceptance form.
Any
advanced delivery request is subject to written confirmation
from us.

16.HOW
WILL I GET THE CONSIGNMENT ONCE I PLACE THE ORDER?
The
physical delivery of the product ordered varies from product to
product and place to place. In Cookscape locations and areas
around it, Cookscape arranges for delivery. In non–Cookscape locations where we have designated outlets, certain
product categories will be delivered by the outlets. In other
locations, the product will be delivered through reputed
transporters on freight paid door delivery basis. Kitchens and
kitchen counters will always be delivered and installed by our
associates or us.
In
all cases, the products will be covered by product guarantees,
which will be enforced by the appropriate companies as per their
standard guarantee terms.
Details
of delivery of your product will be mentioned in your order
acknowledgement form.
