17. HOW WILL I FIX MY CHIMNEY / HOOD / HOB / BAR BE QUE / DEEP-FRY ONCE I GET IT?

The fixing of chimney, hood, hobs, bar be que and deep fry is fairly simple and is well illustrated in the product catalogues that accompany each product. We undertake installation of the chimney and hood free of cost in Cookscape locations and in cities and towns where we have designated dealers. In other places, we arrange for installation at a cost of Rs. 250/- or 3 % of the product cost whichever is higher.

Installation details for the products ordered by you will be provided to you along with your order acknowledgement form.

18. WILL I GET ANY HELP IN INSTALLING AND SERVICING MY KITCHEN APPLIANCE?

 

Almost all kitchen appliances do not require any special installation assistance. However, products like water purifiers and food waste disposer may require installation assistance.

 

We undertake delivery and installation of the appliance in locations where we have Cookscape outlets and designated outlets. These locations are listed under ABOUT COOKSCAPE COOKSCAPE LOCATIONS AND DESIGNATED OUTLET LOCATIONS. In all other locations, we arrange delivery, installation and servicing of the product through the company office closest to your location, details of which will be forwarded to you along with our order acknowledgement.

19. WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF MY AFTER SALES SERVICE ONCE I BUY PRODUCTS FROM YOU?

We offer comprehensive after sales service for all the products sold through us. After Sales Service is offered in the following manner: -

  • Cookscape Locations – Products are delivered and handed over by Cookscape. Cookscape personnel or the relevant company service center or personnel as applicable take care of the service requirement.

  • Designated Dealer Locations - Products are delivered and handed over by the designated dealer. Designated dealer personnel or the relevant company service center or personnel as applicable takes care of the service requirement.

  • Other Locations – Products are delivered through approved transporters. The service responsibility will be handled by the company service center or branch office closest to your location. Details of the service center / branch / concerned person will be advised along with your order acknowledgement form and despatch documents.
