23. WHEN AND HOW WILL I GET DETAILED PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS FOR ME TO PLACE THE ORDER?


Basic product specifications are indicated in the site. Click on the red circle marked S that appears on each product picture.  The basic product specifications will appear on your screen.  Detailed product specifications and product literature will be mailed to you on request. Go to the "contact us" slot provided at the bottom of each page and click on it. Fill up the form, write down your request and submit to us.

24. CAN YOU ARRANGE FOR A PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION FOR ME?

This facility of a product demo varies from product to product, company to company and location to location. We can and will arrange for product demos in Cookscape locations and designated dealer locations at the respective outlets or at a convenient place. In the case of other locations, the local company office whose details you will be provided with along with your dispatch documents will arrange for demo at any location convenient to them.

In all cases, product demo can be arranged only after you have confirmed the order with us.
