We offer prompt and efficient After Sales Service for all products sold through us. All products will be delivered to you along with a guarantee card, which spells out the terms of the product guarantee.

All products sold through us will be covered with an All India Guarantee, which can be enforced in any part of the country. The customer will call up the relevant company branch office or service center closest to him/her for all service requirements.

KITCHEN SYSTEMS

     Kitchen systems once installed requires very little or no After Sales service. However, in the unlikely event of any service requirements, we would undertake the service free of cost based on receipt of your mail or intimation. Our customer service group would be cost based on receipt of your intimation. The same is applicable for kitchen renovation and kitchen counter.

KITCHEN ACCESSORIES

     All kitchen accessories are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of commissioning. However, these accessories all last a lifetime. Any service related problems during guarantee period will be addressed by us free of cost and service outside guarantee period will be attended to on chargeable basis

CHIMNEYS / HOODS / HOBS / FOOD WASTE DISPOSERS

       The products mentioned above are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of sale. We undertake all the service and parts related problems during the guarantee period free of cost. We have annual maintenance contract schemes whereby the customers can get into an annual maintenance contract with us. Please contact us for terms and conditions pertaining to annual contract schemes.

COOKING RANGES / BUILT IN OVENS / MICROWAVE OVENS / DISH WASHERS/ WATER PURIFIERS

       The products offered by us in this group are manufactured by leading companies who have service centers and branch offices in all major centers. The after sales service for these products are organized through the respective company branch offices and service centers nearest to your location. We will be forwarding you the address and details of the contact persons of the particular service center or branch office along with our order acknowledgement and the same details will also be provided in the guarantee card.
In the event of any lapse of the particular branch or company to offer prompt service to you, you can contact us and we’ll ensure compliance. The After Sales Service will be provided as per the rules of each company/brand.

OTHER PRODUCTS

       The service requirements of all these products are organised through the offices/service centers of the respective companies. The terms and details of product guarantee will be laid out in the guarantee card enclosed along with every product dispatched.
