The Madras Printers' & Lithographers' Association was started in 1952 and registered subsequently under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. 
MPLA is afiliated to the  All-India Federation of Master Printers', working for the benefit of the Industry and general public as a whole in the city of Chennai.
