Terms & Conditions

  • Monthly instalment of Rs. 300/- for 40 months only. Cheque / DD should be paid in the favour of Sowcar Constructions & Housing (P) Ltd.

  • The plot will be allotted by the dip system at the end of 41st month.

  • The registration charges including stamp duty will be borne by the purchaser only.

  • The area of each plot is 1800 sq. ft. & approved by DTP.

  • If the area of plot is either in excess or less than 1800 sq.ft the difference of cost will be borne by the member or the company accordingly.

  • Those who do not pay the instalment amount on or before 9th of every month their names will be deleted from the lucky draw dip systems.

  • Those who do not pay the instalments continuously for 3 months, their names will be deleted from the scheme and the amount paid hitherto will not be refunded at any cost.

  • The company reserves the right to allot or reject the membership.

  • The Land is situated at Vysarpuram Village, Thiruvellangadu, Thiruthani Taluk, Tiruvalluvar Dt.

  • Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Chennai jurisdiction only.

  • In all matters, the company's decision will be final.
